MAY GROUP WORKSHOP: INTRO to DIY AROMATHERAPY Sunday, May 28th, 12-2pm $40(includes supplies) During a healing session,  many clients first question afterwards is, "what was that beautiful SMELL?!"  You may have noticed the beautiful aroma's that are incorporated into your session - through hands on application, diffusion, spray mists..... Aromatherapy is a holistic healing method which uses natural flower and plant extracts to promote health + wellbeing. For the purposes of this class, we will be using essential oils that have unique medicinal properties that affect body, mind + spirit.  This will be a super fun beginners class to introduce you to the infinite world of Aromatherapy thru essential oils. Get ready to come home smelling like you just rolled around in a garden full of flowers and herbs :)  Once you understand the basics of using essential oils, you can invest in a few items (including household items you likely already have at home!), and you will be amazed at how cost effective it can be to make your own beautiful products, which can be just as luxurious as the ones in the wellness department at Whole Foods at a fraction of the price! In this hands- on class, we will cover... -what is Aromatherapy? -What are Essential Oils? (EOs) -Different methods of incorporating Aromatherapy into your day -History of Essential Oils -How to use Essential Oils -Healing/Medicinal Properties of Different EOs -Versatility of EO's -Proper Storage of EO's -Starting your own EO collection ( the basic must haves to get started) Then, we will  put our new knowledge to the test by making our own bath + beauty concoctions to take home with us! -Luxurious body oil -Hydrating face toner -your choice of Bath Salts OR an exfoliating Body Scrub *each guest will receive 3 glass bottles to take home with them and re-use  Rachel will also give you lots of ideas on the infinite number of other household products you can begin making at home (cleaning products, beauty products..), along with Resources and  Recipe printouts to take home with you. $40 class fee includes all supplies We take great pride in the safe, judgement - free space we have created here at Moonshadow Healing. All are welcome <3 (We have space for 12 guests) *Coffee, Tea and Snacks will be served. Feel free to bring a snack to share with the group. SIGN UP SOON! This workshop will sell out. Cancelation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your session , please reach out within 24 hours for a full refund. Cancellations/rescheduling requests made after the 24 hour window will be charged, as we may not be able to find someone to take your time slot with less then 24 hours notice. One on One and Group Reiki Class cancellations require one weeks notice to receive a full refund. If less than one weeks notice is given, you will be given the opportunity to reschedule your class to a new date. Group Workshops require 3 days notice (72 hours) in order to receive a refund, so that we have time to find a guest to take your spot. Thank you for your understanding.
