Who is your True Self? What is your Life Purpose? How can you re-connect with your Higher Self and align with your Souls Calling? What beliefs are limiting you from reaching your highest potential on your Souls Journey? Often, our physical and emotional ailments are rooted in our disconnection from our "True Self." We wake up one day to find ourselves in toxic family dynamics + unhealthy relationships. We unknowingly gave our Power away to those OUTSIDE of us. People project their fears and insecurities onto us, and over time, we believe the lies we have been told about ourselves. Then, through our distorted lens, we attract the same toxic people and situations into our lives to validate the faulty beliefs we have about who "we are."We continue to look outside of ourselves for approval.Our life experiences leave us feeling lost, afraid, unworthy, rejected and ashamed - in some circumstances, all connection to our Truest, Highest Self has been completely cut off, to the point we no longer trust in our own inner knowing. In our Soul Alignment Coaching session, we will mirror back the most authentic, whole, pure version of yourself, in order to re-establish alignment. The truth is - you already KNOW your Souls Purpose- you just need to get into alignment to REMEMBER. Some of the deeper questions we will address -What has been the greatest hurdle of your lifetime?Have you overcome it? -What do you feel is 'blocking' you from stepping into your purpose? -Who made you believe you were 'unworthy?"When did you first develop false negative beliefs about yourself? -What are your triggers?How can you identify when you are triggered? -How do you want to 'show up' in the world? Who do you want to 'be?" -What are the limitations of your past 'programming?" How is it stopping you from living the life of your dreams? -How can you practice boundaries in your life? -How can you be more self loving? Our goal is to help you remember who you really are underneath your conditioning. To reconnect you with your "inner light."To help you reclaim your power and manifest the life of your dreams that you were born worthy of having.A perception shift can shift your entire reality! Each session Includes a detailed follow up email recapping our session, along with resources, exercises and tools to help support you along your journey to returning home to YOU. * If necessary, we will recommend ongoing sessions, which are offered at a discounted rate when purchased as a package.

Cancelation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your session , please reach out within 24 hours for a full refund. Cancellations/rescheduling requests made after the 24 hour window will be charged, as we may not be able to find someone to take your time slot with less then 24 hours notice. One on One and Group Reiki Class cancellations require one weeks notice to receive a full refund. If less than one weeks notice is given, you will be given the opportunity to reschedule your class to a new date. Group Workshops require 3 days notice (72 hours) in order to receive a refund, so that we have time to find a guest to take your spot. Thank you for your understanding.
